[3] pp. 20.1 x 12.5 cm. At Ezra Pound’s request, the pamphlet was reprinted in Rapallo for Olga Rudge in December 1945 for distribution gratis. Although set from a copy of the first edition, different fonts of type and an inferior grade of paper were used. The type page on page [2] measures 16.9 cm., and the author’s name on page [3] is set in capital and lowercase letters.
