Published October 1919, simultaneously with the ordinary copies, at 10s. 6d.; 110 copies printed. Colophon (page [2]): The edition on Handmade Paper is limited to one hundred copies, of which this is No. [number written in by Ezra Pound, with signature either below or on title-page opposite] (There were 10 extra copies for presentation numbered I to X, some of them marked by Pound “out of series.”) In all the special copies, the first two leaves (half-title and title) are of a different paper (watermarked: Monck ...| KEN...) from that used for the text. In most of these copies the misprint on page 34 has been corrected in manuscript by the author.
