Grey dust-jacket printed in dark blue. (Still later bindings of grey cloth boards stamped in black, or blue cloth boards stamped in green have framed device on back cover incorporating the words: Borzor | Books. Greycloth copies examined have publisher’s name at base of spine in small capitals; blue-cloth copies have the name in capital and lower-case letters. Both these later bindings have all edges trimmed, with top edges unstained.
